Shipping & Returns
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable tax will be applied at checkout. Please order carefully, as orders cannot be modified after they’re submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help out. If the order is already in production or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In an effort to minimize packaging waste, we often pack multiple items within the same box. Please specify if you would like your items individually boxed.
PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIMES
Depending on the style and size of the piece(s), order processing time can vary between 3-14 days. Typically, orders are released for shipping within about 5 business days. If you have ordered an item that is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email with options. Let us know via email if you have a super urgent order request, and we will try to accommodate.
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles via these USPS services:
- USPS First Class Mail: delivery averages 2-4 business days
- USPS Parcel Select® Ground: delivery averages 2-8 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: delivery averages 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: delivery averages from overnight-2 business days
Shipping times are estimates, and remember to account for additional processing time. After checkout, you can opt in to tracking alerts via text message or the Shopify app. Currently we are only shipping to addresses within the US, but we hope to offer international shipping options in the future.
Make sure to enter a current, complete, accurate address to ensure successful delivery. Address changes cannot be made after checkout, and we can’t be held responsible for shipments made to old addresses or errors resulting in misinformation at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit or stolen, file a claim directly with USPS online or by calling 800-ASK-USPS. Then send us an email at email@example.com and we will find a solution together.
Many Hands does not accept returns for refunds. Our handmade jewelry is made to order, and returns have an unviable impact on our small business. We do want you to be happy with every purchase, so we encourage you to shop slowly and thoughtfully. In some cases we can accept exchanges for another item at the same retail value. If an item arrives damaged, take some photos and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP (within 3 days of receiving the item) and we will help you out with a refund or replacement.
